ImageCopyrightChecker provides AI-powered image copyright analysis using reverse image search technology. The service is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.
3. Not Legal Advice
The copyright analysis results are automated, AI-generated assessments and are for reference only. They do not constitute legal advice. Always consult a qualified legal professional for definitive copyright guidance.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the images you upload and ensuring you have the right to use them. Do not upload illegal content or content that infringes on others' rights. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer the service, automate requests at scale, or otherwise abuse the service.
5. Credits and Payments
Credits are sold as digital goods and are consumed immediately upon image analysis. All payments are final and non-refundable. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us within 7 days for review. Unused credits do not expire but are not redeemable for cash.
6. Service Availability
We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free results. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Credits remaining at the time of any permanent discontinuation of the paid service will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Intellectual Property
The ImageCopyrightChecker name, branding, and software are our property. Users retain all rights to the images they upload. By using the service you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the analysis.
8. Limitation of Liability
ImageCopyrightChecker is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including copyright infringement claims resulting from reliance on analysis results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of ImageCopyrightChecker resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us first at support@image-copyright-checker.com to attempt an informal resolution within 30 days.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, unused credits may be forfeited. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion per our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
